China has reduced anti-dumping duties on rapeseed imported from Canada to 5.9 percent, Beijing's commerce ministry announced Saturday, following a trade deal reached last month. The lower rate, down from a 75.8-percent levy imposed in August, comes into force on Sunday and would remain in effect for five years, the commerce ministry said in a statement.
