MOSCOW, February 27 (RIA Novosti) - A Moscow court on Friday placed the founder of the Readovka media, Alexey Kostylev, in a pretrial detention center until April 25 on suspicion of embezzling over one billion rubles [$12.9 million] from the Russian Defense Ministry, according to the judge's ruling.
