Munich/Leipzig (dpa) - BMW, the luxury German carmaker, is testing humanoid robots at its production facility in the east German city of Leipzig, the company announced on Friday. Initial trials began in December, the company said. After a further test in April, a pilot project with a single-digit number of robots from manufacturer Hexagon is to start in the summer.
