MOSCOW, February 27 (RIA Novosti) - Founder of the Readovka media Alexey Kostylev is charged with embezzlement of one billion rubles ($13 million) from the Russian Defense Ministry, as well as non-fulfillment of obligations under state contracts, a RIA Novosti correspondent reported on Friday from the Tverskoy courtroom in Moscow.
