Key suspect in 2016 coup attempt detained in Istanbul

ISTANBUL, Feb. 24 (Xinhua) -- A high-profile suspect linked to the Gulen movement, believed to be behind the 2016 coup attempt, was detained in Istanbul on Tuesday following a joint operation by police and intelligence units, authorities said. The suspect, identified as Bedrettin Gunebakmaz, was on the Interior Ministry's "wanted terrorists" list and held a senior role within the movement's naval network, according to the Istanbul Police Depar......
