Human Rights Watch on Wednesday condemned the arrest in Senegal of 12 men accused of same-sex relations under anti-LGBTQ laws. Police on February 7 announced the arrest of the 12, including two local celebrities, accused of same-sex sexual relations, which are banned in the west African country.
