Swakop Uranium owns 70 per cent of Sunam desalination project

WINDHOEK, 18 FEB (NAMPA) – Seventy per cent of the Erongo Sunam Desalination Project Joint Venture now officially belongs to Swakop Uranium.
This was announced during a joint briefing held by the mining company and NamWater here on Tuesday.
The partnership establishes a venture to develop a desalination plant in the Erongo Region. Under the venture structure, NamWater holds the remaining 30 per cent stake.
