MOSCOW, February 18 (RIA Novosti) - The Slovak government has declared a crisis situation due to a shortage of oil, and up to 250,000 tonnes of oil will be allocated from reserves for the Slovnaft refinery in the event of the termination of supplies via the Druzhba oil pipeline, a resolution of the Slovak cabinet said on Wednesday.
