State’s attempt to appeal Willemse’s bail fails

WINDHOEK, 16 FEB (NAMPA) – High Court Judges Naomi Shivute and Dinah Usiku struck off the roll an application by the State to appeal the N.dollars 200 000 bail granted to Cedric Willemse, one of the suspects implicated in the Namcor corruption scandal.
