German authorities arrest suspect after body parts found on motorway

Dusseldorf (dpa) - German authorities have taken a 41-year-old man into custody in connection with the death of his partner, whose severed hands were found on a motorway in western Germany in November. The man was extradited from Ethiopia, according to a statement released by the police and public prosecutor's office in the western city of Bonn on Friday.
