OTJIWARONGO, 06 FEB (NAMPA) – The Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism has convened a stakeholder consultative meeting to formulate new regulations on sand and gravel mining management at Otjiwarongo in the Otjozondjupa Region on Friday.
