OSHAKATI, 06 FEB (NAMPA) - Newly elected Okatjali Constituency councillor Johannes Fillipus has pledged to prioritise youth empowerment, infrastructure development and improved access to health and social services during his term in office.
Fillipus told Nampa his decision to contest the councillor position was driven by a long-standing desire to serve the community and represent the interests of residents.
