Ethiopia Could Offer Share of Hydropower Plant, Airline, Territory for Sea Access - Leader

MOSCOW, February 4 (RIA Novosti) - Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed on Wednesday said that his country could offer a stake in Africa's largest hydropower plant, Ethiopian Airlines, or even cede territory in order to secure access to the Red Sea. "Ethiopia does not seek access to the sea through coercion… It would be better for Ethiopia to offer its counterparties a fair deal.
