Germany keeper Ter Stegen to undergo surgery after thigh injury

Berlin (dpa) - Germany goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen will have to undergo surgery after suffering a thigh injury, his club Girona said on X on Wednesday. The length of his absence will only be determined after the operation on Friday, but according to media reports, he's to be sidelined for two months.
