DONETSK, February 1 (RIA Novosti) - A Ukrainian army colonel was gambling by taking his soldiers' bank cards away before they went into combat, Ukrainian prisoner of war Vyacheslav Tantsyura, who was serving in the 425th Skala regiment, told RIA Novosti.
