MOSCOW, February 1 (RIA Novosti) - US President Donald Trump said on Sunday that he is certain that Washington and Havana will be able to reach an agreement regarding the humanitarian crisis in Cuba. "It doesn't have to be a humanitarian crisis. I think they [the Cuban authorities] probably would come to us and want to make a deal, so Cuba could be free again.
