Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum warned Friday that US tariffs on countries helping cash-strapped Cuba with oil deliveries, could trigger a humanitarian crisis on the communist island. Trump signed an executive order Thursday threatening additional tariffs on countries that sell oil to Cuba, which is in the throes of its worst economic crisis in decades.
