UN chief calls for dialogue over Iran nuclear issue

UNITED NATIONS, Jan. 29 (Xinhua) -- UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres on Thursday called for dialogue over the Iran nuclear issue to avoid a catastrophic crisis.
