UNITED NATIONS, January 29 (RIA Novosti) - United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres on Thursday said, while assessing the current state of affairs around the world, that the law of power is prevailing over the power of law. "The Law of power is prevailing over the power of law. International law is trampled, cooperation is eroding, and multilateral institutions are under assault on many fronts," Guterres said during a press conference​​​......
