UK, Allies Trigger OSCE Moscow Mechanism Citing Georgia Human Rights Concerns

MOSCOW, January 29 (RIA Novosti) - The United Kingdom along with 23 other member states of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) activated the so-called Moscow Mechanism on Thursday to dispatch a fact-finding mission to Georgia, citing human rights concerns.
