MOSCOW, January 29 (RIA Novosti) - Ukraine's sponsors are not interested in the success of negotiations between Russia and the United States, as this would dash their hopes of defeating Russia, Russian Permanent Representative to the OSCE Dmitry Polyanskiy said on Thursday.
