Russia's Patrushev Discusses Naval Cooperation With Omani Foreign Minister

MOSCOW, January 29 (RIA Novosti) - Nikolai Patrushev, a Russian presidential aide and chairman of the Russian Marine Board, met with Omani Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr al-Busaidi in Muscat on Thursday.
