MOSCOW, January 29 (RIA Novosti) - Polish Defense Minister Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz will deliver a secret speech to his NATO colleagues at the upcoming meeting at Ramstein Air Base, Polish media reported on Thursday.
