Firefighters Working to Put Out Blaze at Five-Star Hotel in Courchevel - Savoie Prefecture

MOSCOW, January 28 (RIA Novosti) - The five-star Grandes Alpes hotel in the French ski resort of Courchevel has caught fire, prompting an evacuation, local authorities have announced. The fire started on Tuesday evening on the roof of the hotel. "Firefighters are currently on the scene," the Savoie prefecture said on social media, adding that about 100 people have been evacuated, including both customers and personnel​​​.
