WASHINGTON, January 27 (RIA Novosti) - Cuba will be "failing" in the near future, as the Caribbean nation is not receiving Venezuelan oil anymore, US President Donald Trump said on Tuesday. "Cuba will be failing pretty soon. Cuba is really a nation that's very close to failing​​​. You know they got their money from Venezuela. They got the oil from Venezuela. They are not getting that anymore," Trump told reporters....
