Panamanian ex-vice president Jose Gabriel Carrizo was detained at the country's international airport Tuesday on suspicion of graft. Carrizo, who told reporters he is innocent, was arrested as he returned from Guatemala, where he was meant to be sworn in as a member of the Central American Parliament (Parlacen).
