Madrid (dpa-AFX) - Spain's unemployment rate dropped below 10% for the first time since the global financial crisis in 2008, official data revealed on Tuesday. The unemployment rate came in at 9.93% in the fourth quarter, down from 10.45% in the third quarter, the statistical office INE reported.
