MOSCOW, January 27 (RIA Novosti) - The case in absentia against former head of the Yukos Oil Company Mikhail Khodorkovsky (designated as a foreign agent in Russia), accused of spreading fake news about the Russian military, has been sent to court in Moscow, the Moscow Prosecutor's Office's said on Tuesday.
