EU Cannot Defend Itself Without US – NATO Chief

MOSCOW, January 26 (RIA Novosti) - The European Union is not capable of defending itself without the assistance from the United States, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said on Monday. "If anyone thinks here that the European Union or Europe as a whole can defend itself without the Unites States, keep on dreaming, you cannot," Rutte said in European Parliament.
