OSHAKATI, 26 JAN (NAMPA) - Minister of Urban and Rural Development (MURD), James Sankwasa, has raised concerns about corruption, financial mismanagement and nepotism within regional and local authorities, warning that officials responsible for financial losses will be held accountable.
