A baggy green cap worn by Donald Bradman fetched A$460,000 (US$319,000) at public auction in Australia on Monday, a record price for a cap worn by the Australian cricket legend. The price paid for the cap, once a 16.5% buyer's premium of A$75,900 is added, totals A$535,900, beating the previous record holder, a baggy green from the same series -- against India in 1947/48 -- that was sold in 2024.
