Sri Lanka's export earnings surpass 17.2 bln USD in 2025

COLOMBO, Jan. 26 (Xinhua) -- Sri Lanka's export sector recorded sustained growth in 2025, with total export earnings exceeding 17.2 billion U.S. dollars, according to official statistics. Total exports, including merchandise and services, recorded a year-on-year growth of 5.6 percent amid improving external trade conditions and recovering global demand.
