Federica Brignone was seventh quickest in the first run of Tuesday's giant slalom in Kronplatz as the reigning World Cup champion made her return to alpine skiing ahead of the Winter Olympics. Italy's Brignone, nicknamed 'the Tiger', grinned like a Cheshire Cat at the finish after clocking a time of one minute and 14.72 seconds on the Erta piste.
