WINDHOEK, 14 JAN (NAMPA) – Minister of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sport, Arts and Culture, Sanet Steenkamp, has encouraged learners who did not meet the required examination standards not to view their results as a failure, but rather as an opportunity for reflection and growth.
