German hotel sector on track for record 2025 as overnight stays climb

Frankfurt (dpa) - German hotels are projected to see another record year in 2025, despite a decline in visitors from abroad, official figures showed on Tuesday. Hotels with more than 10 beds recorded a total of 465.5 million overnight stays by the end of November, an increase of 0.1% on the record figures seen in the same period last year, the Federal Statistical Office said.
