Flooding brings disruption to Scotland amid heavy rainfall

Edinburgh (PA Media/dpa) - Flooding has brought disruption in some parts of Scotland, with flood warnings in place in many areas due to heavy rain and melting snow. As of Monday morning, there were 19 Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) flood warnings and 12 flood alerts in place around the country. In Aberdeenshire, the A92 road was closed in both directions due to flooding, as was the A9 at Blair Atholl in Perth and Kinross. A Met Off......
