GIPF's home loan scheme to roll out on Monday

WINDHOEK, 09 JAN (NAMPA) – The Government Institutions Pension Fund (GIPF) announced on Friday that its Pension-Backed Home Loan Scheme (PBHLS) will officially launch on Monday.
The PBHLS will enable active members to access a portion of their pension savings as a collateral for the purchase of an erven, make improvements to an existing home, purchase of a new home and or for the construction of a new home in both urban and rural areas.
