The dozens of people seriously injured in a fire that tore through a crowded Swiss bar during New Year's celebrations will need comprehensive care and could face lifelong consequences, a burn expert told AFP. At least 40 people were killed and around 115 injured in the fire at Le Constellation bar in the luxury ski resort town of Crans-Montana.
