KAOKO-OTAVI, 01 JAN (NAMPA)- Minister of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety and Security Lucia Iipumbu on Tuesday inaugurated the Kaoko-Otavi Correctional Facility Clinic near Opuwo in the Kunene region.
Iipumbu, in her remarks, highlighted that the facility, situated in the Opuwo Rural Constituency, brings healthcare services closer to inmates and the surrounding communities.
