Lawmaker: Ban Germany's far-right AfD from Munich Security Conference

Berlin (dpa) - The far-right Alternative for Germany (AfD) should again be banned from the Munich Security Conference next year, a top conservative said on Sunday. Lawmaker Alexander Hoffmann from Bavaria's Christian Social Union (CSU) said the AfD's contacts with Russia and China make the party unfit to attend the leading meeting on global security policy.
