OKOVIMBURU, 25 DEC (NAMPA) - Ovinjuru FC won the 40th edition of the Epukiro Annual December Tournament, staged at Okovimburu’s Lukas Kausaa Nguakapita Sports Stadium in the Omaheke Region on Tuesday.
The team, better known as Omatjove, were crowned champions at the anniversary edition of the rural sports competition, which was established in 1985. This year’s tournament attracted 58 football teams and 39 netball teams.
