TASHKENT, December 26 (RIA Novosti) - Uzbekistan intends to launch new gold-processing projects to boost annual production to 175 tonnes by 2030, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev said on Friday. "A capacity to process 18 million tonnes of ore per year will be created, and by 2030, gold production will reach 175 tonnes," Mirziyoyev said in his address to parliament.
