Carney Says Ottawa, Washington Discussing Possible Trade Talks Resumption

WASHINGTON , December 26 (RIA Novosti) - Canada and the United States are currently discussing the potential resumption of trade negotiations, Prime Minister Mark Carney told Global News in an interview.
