MEXICO CITY, December 22 (RIA Novosti) - The countries of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America (ALBA) condemned on Monday the seizure and theft of a second vessel carrying Venezuelan oil by US military personnel. US President Donald Trump ordered a blockade of sanctioned oil tankers sailing to and from Venezuela in December.
