PETERSBURG, December 21 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin welcomed Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov to St. Petersburg for one-on-one talks on Sunday, a RIA Novosti correspondent reported. The presidents met ahead of the Eurasian Economic Union summit, which is scheduled for Sunday.
