MOSCOW, December 21 (RIA Novosti) - Kirill Dmitriev, the Russian special presidential envoy for economic cooperation with foreign countries, will report on the results of negotiations with the United States upon his return to Moscow, Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov said.
