MOSCOW, December 20 (RIA Novosti) - Germany will bear the lion's share of the costs for servicing the 90-billion-euro ($105.4-billion) loan approved by the European Union in a bid to finance Ukraine, the Bild newspaper reported on Saturday, citing sources in the German government. On Friday, European Council President Antonio Costa said that the EU would take on joint debt in order to provide Ukraine with a 90-billion-euro loan backed by EU budge......
