CAIRO, December 20 (RIA Novosti) - Russia suggests that African countries that have no diplomatic missions in Moscow should consider opening them, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Saturday. "We suggest that partners who do not yet have their own embassies in Moscow should consider opening them.
