Train collides with car at rail crossing in Japan's Kyoto

TOKYO, Dec. 20 (Xinhua) -- An express train collided with a car at a railway crossing in the town of Seika, Kyoto Prefecture, on Saturday, police and fire officials said, adding that they were still confirming whether there were any casualties. The accident occurred at around 11 a.m. local time when the train struck the car as it was passing through the crossing, according to local authorities.
