Sales of previously owned US homes rose for a third straight month in November as mortgage rates continued to cool, according to industry data released Friday. Existing home sales edged up 0.5 percent last month, said the National Association of Realtors (NAR), hovering at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.1 million.
